  • Collaborative and nonjudgmental - We work as a team in a space where you are encouraged to “come as you are,” not as you think you should be. My most important role in supporting you is to foster an accepting, open environment where you feel seen and heard.

  • Evidence-based - To best fit your needs, I draw from a variety of techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation Therapy (STAIR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), all of which have been proven effective by well-conducted research.

  • Compassion-focused and trauma-informed - Your experiences are unique, and my goal is to meet you where you are to help you find your way to a more peaceful place within yourself and within the world around you.

  • Personalized - Sessions are designed to meet your goals and to work at your pace.

  • Telehealth - Studies show that therapeutic interventions provided via telehealth are as effective as in-person therapy. My clients report enjoying the convenience, comfort, and safety of participating in therapy from their home or office.
